About Us

Bugiri Health Scineces Institute(BHSI), a nursing and midwifery training institute based in Eastern Uganda, was granted a licence by the Ministry of Education and Sports in 2023. Since then, we have been committed to training and mentoring Students, especially from humble backgrounds, to achieve their dreams of working as healthcare providers.
The BHSI foundation has been working with our partners and stakeholders to ensure that we run half bursary programmes across all our courses for all students in our institution. This commitment has provided hope of a bright future to students from all backgrounds who were at risk of school dropout.
